"Import have been taken over by ScaleWorks and changing their pricing models from July 2023. This renewal was due in May, however they were trying to implement the price increase, and stated this was their notice to do so. Customer was originally paying $5000 for 1mil queries, but wanted this reduced to 500,000 queries. This was legacy pricing that no longer existed. Due to the small value, we didn't anticipate any flexibility on pricing so reviewed the Advanced Saas Plan, which includes 600,000 queries, along with additional features such as Support, Ai anomaly detections and Point and Click UI. Original Proposal $13,188. Using budget restraints as our lever, we reduced this to $5000 on a 24 month agreement. However, given we had already past the expiry date, as a final attempt, we threatened to churn unless we got 12 months at $5000 - which Import honored. Import easily removed any auto-renewal. Overall, 62% discount
