"Since being acquired by Ironclad, the clickwrap agreements no longer have the option to be on unlimited usage. We previously had an unlimited agreement and had to move to a set commitment. The initial cost proposed for this was $25k, and we paid a little less than $17K for unlimited previously, so this was a big jump. Because this change was communicated less than 3 weeks before the renewal, we leveraged poor planning on their end and push back on getting any additional budget for this.
