Lattice Overview

Lattice is a cloud-based performance management solution that helps HR professionals manage employee productivity and progress. Their unified platform brings together all of the tools, workflows, and data needed to help business leaders develop engaged, high-performing employees and winning cultures.  Customers select the à la carte modules that best address their organizational needs. User count is determined by the number of active employees within the organization at the time of purchase. Pricing follows a per-employee-per-month model (PEPM) based on the individual modules acquired. This price is negotiable with flexibility being largely influenced by term duration, user count, and module quantity. Additional users added during the term are prorated based on the time remaining using the contractual PEPM price.
