Sonarsource customers typically start on an annual contract basis, with the ability to drop or add lines of code (LOCs) to their subscription throughout terms. Support is an additional fee and we recommend verifying if it is actually needed as it is a heavy cost. Majority of our customers with 10M LOC's and up utilize support.
