Spiff provides a sales compensation platform that helps companies track commissions, salaries and special payouts for AEs and BDRs. Spiff is best used to track complex payment structures, quotas and other types of motivational compensation. Most customers commit to an annual agreement with pricing typically based on commissionable employees with a minimum of 25 required. Spiff was recently acquired by Salesforce and will be a function of the Sales Cloud team. They are working to enhance Salesforce’s Sales Performance Management (SPM) solutions by providing customers with a trusted platform to increase visibility, supercharge selling & unlocking growth.
